How does booking work?
You send a request with your service, stylist and preferred time. We text or call you back to confirm the exact time, usually the same day. It isn't instantly booked until we confirm.
Do I have to pick a stylist?
No. Choose No preference and we'll match you with whoever is free and right for the service.
Why are prices shown as starting prices?
Hair length, thickness and how much color you need all change the time involved. Your stylist confirms the exact price before anything starts.
What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?
Call or text us as early as you can and we'll move it. The sooner you tell us, the easier it is to give the slot to someone else.
Do you take walk-ins?
When there's a gap we'll always try. Requesting online is the surest way to get the time and stylist you want.
